This semester long course is designed for students who want to explore form and design through the medium of clay. This class is great for students who like working with their hands, who are creative, and who are innovative! Open to first-time students as well as advanced artists, students will learn hand-building techniques such as wedging, rolling slabs, coils, and simple sculpture while also consider the basic principles and elements of art. Students will also focus on more technically advanced projects with consideration to 3D form through clay and other media.
